• Appointment preferences — the clinic and treatment you are interested in, your preferred date and time, and any message you include with your request.
• Marketing context — when you arrive from an advertisement or campaign, we record referral details such as the campaign, the page you landed on and advertising click identifiers (for example gclid or fbclid), so we know which campaign brought you to us.
• Usage information — basic device and browsing information collected through analytics tools, described in the Cookies section below.

Medical records created during your treatment are maintained by the clinic you visit and are not stored on this website.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiries and confirm your appointments.
• Contact you by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp about your booking.
• Route your request to the clinic you selected.
• Understand which campaigns and pages help people find us, so we can improve the website.
• Meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations where required.

• Within our group — submissions are stored in our own clinic management (CRM) system and are visible only to the Dolce Estetica team members who handle appointments and enquiries.
• Service providers — measurement and messaging platforms (such as analytics, advertising and communication tools) process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, regulation or a valid legal process.

We keep enquiry and booking information only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Analytics and campaign data is retained according to the retention settings of the respective tools. When information is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and similar laws, you can ask us to:

• Confirm what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Erase your information, subject to records we must retain by law.
• Withdraw consent for marketing communication at any time.

Treatments for minors are arranged by a parent or guardian through our clinics, and we process such information only with their verifiable consent. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
