Botox, dermal fillers and thread lifts are doctor-performed injectable treatments for expression lines, volume loss and facial contour. At Dolce Estetica, Botox and Meso Botox are charged by the unit rather than by the area, so you pay for what your face actually needs and the number of units is agreed with you before treatment starts. Fillers are quoted per syringe and thread lifts by the type and number of threads used.

A doctor assesses your face at rest and in movement, and tells you honestly what injectables can and cannot change. Some concerns are better answered another way.

The number of units or syringes is agreed before anything begins, so you know the cost before treatment rather than after.

The procedure
Topical numbing where appropriate, then treatment. Botox takes around 35 minutes, fillers around 55, and a cog thread lift 75 to 115 minutes.

Review
Botox is reviewed after it has taken full effect, as it develops over days rather than immediately. Adjustments are made at that review rather than on the day.
What results to expect — honestly
Botox softens expression lines gradually over several days and wears off over months, so it is a repeated treatment rather than a one-time fix. Fillers give an immediate change that settles over the following weeks. Thread lifts give support that reduces over time. All three are temporary by design. Duration varies considerably between individuals, and outcomes depend on your anatomy — which is why assessment happens before any promise.

How much does Botox cost?
Botox is charged by the unit rather than by the area, so the total depends on how many units your face actually needs. That number is decided at consultation and agreed with you before anything is done — you will never be surprised by the bill afterwards. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will explain how it is worked out.
Why is Botox priced per unit instead of per area?
Because different faces need different amounts for the same area. Per-unit pricing means you pay for what is actually used rather than a flat rate that may include more or less than you need. The number of units is agreed with you before treatment.
How much do dermal fillers cost?
Fillers are quoted per syringe, and how many you need is decided after a doctor assesses your face. The full cost is confirmed before treatment begins rather than added up afterwards.
How much does a thread lift cost?
It depends on the type of thread and how many are used — mono threads, a single-insertion cog thread and a full cog thread lift are very different procedures at very different price points. Which is appropriate depends on your facial assessment, and the figure is confirmed at consultation.
How long does Botox last?
Botox is temporary and wears off over months, with the exact duration varying between individuals depending on dose, the muscle treated and your own metabolism. It is a repeated treatment, and your doctor will discuss a realistic interval at consultation.
Will Botox make my face look frozen?
Not when it is dosed conservatively, which is how we work. The aim is softening rather than immobility. If you want a dramatic change, we will tell you at consultation what we are and are not willing to do.
